Granola Parfait with Fresh Berries

These healthy breakfast is super easy to make and can be ready in just 5 minutes. I love how parfaits are perfectly balanced with the right amount of healthy carbs, fat, and protein and are made with a few basic ingredients! You can easily use different berries and add your favorite nuts into it.

I found myself liking chobani yogurt the most in parfaits. I tried few other kinds but Chobani is my favorite so far.

Ingredients:

1 cup original plain whole milk Chobani yogurt

4 tbsp granola, oats and honey

2 tbsp white sugar

1/2 cup strawberries, plus more for garnish

Mix sliced strawberries with sugar until juice forms.

Layer 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup of juicy strawberries and 2 tbsp of granola into a jar or a glass. Repeat one more layer with the same ingredients. Garnish the top with whole strawberry.

Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to a day.
