King Salmon with Flying Fish Roe Topping
This 25-Minute King Salmon with Flying Fish Roe Topping recipe is easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious!! I do bake fish very often and my goal is to make the fish as juicy and flavorful as possible. This recipe is fabulous. The fish is juicy with rich garlicky flavor. Flying fish roe gives amazing taste into it. When we have a family dinner without any guests I love to make exactly this recipe. It is easily serves 4 adults. And I am happy to report that my husband loved it too. Plus, it literally only took about 7 minutes to prepare and 18 minutes to bake.
My kind of meal. I mean, seriously, so gorgeous! Go ahead and give it a try.
Ingredients:
2 slices fresh salmon
1 tbsp butter
salt
pepper
Mrs.Dash original
3 cloves minced garlic
1tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp flying fish roe
3 Tbsp mayo
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 tbsp shredded parmesan
- Preheat the oven to 430 degrees.
- Season the fish with salt+pepper+MrsDash+minced garlic+olive oil and lay the salmon on a baking sheet. (Oil helps spread the seasoning evenly)
- In a small bowl mix together mayo+green onions+flying fish roe and spread evenly over salmon. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-18 minute (do not cover with foil) P.S. Cooking times will vary on the thickness of your salmon, so I recommend checking it a few minutes early if you have a thinner slice of salmon.
- Remove salmon from the oven. Sprinkle the top with sliced green onions and serve. Enjoy, friends!
